Yes. EcoBurner can be used outdoors. The burner works with a catalytic combustion rather than a naked flame so can’t be blown out. Outdoor buffet setups may require additional burners depending on weather conditions and heat requirements. EcoPan guidance recommends using two EcoBurners outdoors for optimal performance.
