The EcoBurner Storage Trolley provides a central location for storing, organising and refilling EcoBurners between services.

Rather than burners, fuel and refilling equipment being stored separately around the kitchen or banqueting department, everything needed to manage the EcoBurner system can be kept together in one dedicated station.

The trolley accommodates up to 15 EcoBurner Storage Racks, giving a maximum storage capacity of 120 EcoBurners.

For high-volume hospitality venues operating multiple buffets, function rooms or event spaces, this creates a much clearer and more efficient process for catering teams.

Store Up to 120 EcoBurners

Inside the trolley is dedicated space for 15 EcoBurner Storage Racks.

Each Storage Rack holds 8 EcoBurners, providing capacity for up to:

15 racks × 8 EcoBurners = 120 EcoBurners

Using the Storage Racks also allows staff to maintain the EcoBurner ready/refill system, making it easy to identify which burners are ready for service and which require refilling.

This gives teams a clear visual system when preparing equipment for the next event or buffet.

Integrated EcoBurner Refilling Station

The Storage Trolley is equipped with two EcoBurner EZFill stations, securely mounted to the top of the trolley.

EZFill helps make refilling EcoBurners quick and straightforward. Staff position the EcoBurner and fuel can correctly before using the lever-controlled system to transfer fuel.

Having the refilling equipment directly alongside the EcoBurner storage area helps venues establish a consistent process:

1. Used EcoBurners are returned to the storage area.
2. Fuel levels are checked.
3. Burners requiring additional fuel are identified.
4. EcoBurners are refilled using EZFill.
5. Full burners are returned to the appropriate Storage Rack.
6. EcoBurners are ready and organised for the next service.

This can be particularly useful in venues with multiple members of staff responsible for buffet setup and breakdown.

Dedicated Fuel Storage

The trolley also includes a purpose-designed fuel basket capable of holding four cases of EcoBurner Fuel.

With six EcoBurner fuel cans per case, this gives space for up to:

24 EcoBurner Fuel cans

Keeping fuel, burners and refilling equipment together helps reduce unnecessary trips around the kitchen or stores and makes it easier to maintain a consistent stock of fuel at the point where EcoBurners are refilled.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction

Designed for demanding commercial hospitality environments, the trolley is manufactured from 304 stainless steel.

Reinforced panels, robust corners and a heavy-duty handle make the trolley suitable for regular back-of-house use.

The trolley is mounted on wheels to make repositioning easier, while the wheels can be locked when the trolley is in its designated storage area.

Secure Storage

The EcoBurner Storage Trolley features lockable doors and lockable wheels, helping venues keep equipment securely stored between services.

The front doors open through 180°, allowing catering teams easy access when loading and unloading Storage Racks.
